Meet  Coach Lewis

With over 20 years of experience coaching individuals for sporting and body composition goals, I am a dedicated personal trainer specialising in strength, conditioning, movement, and nutrition. My journey in fitness has taken me through various countries and cultures, enriching my approach to personal training with diverse techniques and insights. I bring this wealth of knowledge and experience to my private studio, where I work closely with a limited number of clients to ensure they receive the attention and customised coaching they deserve.
